Among the key duties of the position are the following: Assists in the overall administration of Ticket Operations which includes the daily management of the Paciolan ticketing system (build events, create & maintain eVenue online sales platform, build renewal applications and provide reporting as needed). Serves as the primary ticket office liaison for Wrestling, Men’s Lacrosse and outside events as assigned. Develops, maintains and analyzes ticket sales, attendance and revenue reports. Supports the Marketing and Communications department with email marketing communications.

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Sport Management, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
