Rocky Mountain College, an NAIA member institution and associate member of the Cascade Collegiate Conference, is accepting applications from qualified candidates for the role of Head Coach of the Bears Women's Soccer program. This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the success of the Women's Soccer program, Department of Athletics, and Rocky Mountain College. The head coach's roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS •Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching philosophy and training program •Instruct student-athletes in soccer fundamentals, strategy, and physical conditioning •Recruit student-athletes with strong academic, athletic, and personal character •Recruit student-athletes to adhere to roster and net tuition revenue expectations •Lead practices, games, and team travel while ensuring safety and compliance •Supervise assistant coaches. student managers, and support staff •Monitor academic progress, conduct, and eligibility of student-athletes •Manage program budget, travel logistics, and equipment inventory •Coordinate facility use and maintenance with campus staff •Ensure compliance with NAIA, Frontier Conference, and institutional policies •Promote the soccer program through media, alumni, and community engagement •Maintain accurate records of injuries, travel, equipment, and team performance •Attend departmental meetings and contribute to athletic policy development •Support student-athletes in college and career planning •Uphold team discipline and ensure fair enforcement of rules and procedures •Maintain strong public relations with media, boosters, parents, and fans •Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree
3 years coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level
Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and coaching techniques
Valid driver's license required
Ability to supervise staff and manage program operations in accordance with college policies
Experience with budgeting, travel coordination and equipment management
