Quincy University, a NCAA Division II institution and member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference, invites applications for the position of Head Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Responsibilities:
Serves as a representative of the University, promoting QU's mission, image and goals to colleagues and the community.
Oversee the strength and conditioning program for all QU student athletes
Schedules all strength and conditioning times and dates.
Responsible for the upkeep and maintance of strength equipment in the athletic weight room
Responsible for gaining or maintain necessary certification to hold the position of Head Strength coach
Abide by the policies, regulations and any rules of the NCAA, conference, and Quincy University, including the Quincy University Code of Ethics for Coaches.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years’ strength and conditioning experience
CPR Certification and pertinent Strength and Conditioning Certifications
Ability to work with a diverse population
Available for flexible hours including nights, weekends and travel.
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
