Assist the head coach with all aspects of the Women’s Rowing program including but not limited to practice competition activities, player skill development, recruiting, directing and implementing plans for daily practices and competitions, organizing and administering clinics etc. and overall administrative tasks within the operation of the the program. Must demonstrate integrity, leadership, a strong commitment and ability to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit academically qualified students.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required (or foreign degree equivalent) with at least 1 year of experience in relevant independent instructional or educational activities; specific minimum experience is at the discretion of the Director of Athletics.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
2-5 years of coaching experience in an intercollegiate environment preferably at a Division I level. Knowledge of and familiarity of NCAA rules and regulations. Good organizational, interpersonal communications, and computer skills necessary.

Prefer at least 1 year in relevant independent or educational activities.
