• Primary duties are responsible for the supervision, coaching, instruction, and recruiting for the women’s flag football team. • Plan practices and develop a competitive sports program in conjunction with the philosophy of Neumann University. • Willing and able to conduct the duties as a member of the Neumann University athletics staff in full conformity with all NCAA and conference regulations. • Responsible for knowledge of all conference and association regulations. • Attend university and Department of Athletics and Recreation functions. • As a visible ambassador of the University collaborate with the Institutional Advancement Office in the role of women’s flag football ambassador to fundraise for the athletics and recreation department. • Ensures that the conduct of the team members and staff reflects the desired image of Neumann University. • Recruit quality student-athletes to Neumann University in accordance with University and NCAA policies. • Attend all games and practices and ensure the safety of the student/athletes. • This position has a seasonal stipend and does not carry fulltime status or benefits.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of two years of experience in the field.
• A clear NCAA disciplinary record.
• Ability to work with students.
• Knowledge and experience in sport.
• Excellent communication skills.
