Iowa State University Athletics is seeking an entry-level Athletics Ticket Coordinator to support ticket operations for collegiate sports and auxiliary events including concerts. Examples of what you'll do
Ticket Operations — Lead setup, maintenance, and execution of ticket sales for assigned sports and small events.
Customer Service — Provide exceptional service, resolve issues, process orders and refunds, and build strong fan relationships.
Mobile Ticketing — Implement mobile ticketing solutions and coordinate with the ticketing system vendor.
Donor Seating — Assist with donors on seating assignments and apply priority seating policies.
Pricing, Promotions, & Sales — Collaborate with unit leadership on pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, and revenue generation.
Season & Group Orders — Assist with distribution and delivery of season tickets, group packages, and special orders.
Box Office — Lead box office operations and serve as the on-site ticket supervisor at designated events.
Complimentary Tickets — Oversee comp ticket requests for student-athletes, coaches, and staff through ARMS.
Sales Reporting — Complete end-of-season reporting, reconciliation, and system cleanup.
Compliance — Adhere to policies and regulations of the Athletics Department, University, Big 12 Conference, and NCAA.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Ticket operations experience for a collegiate or professional sports program.
Experience with ticket management systems including Ticketmaster.
Experience working with priority seating systems.
