Barton College has an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Softball Coach. Under general supervision, the Assistant Softball Coach will assist the Head Softball Coach with coaching and developing a nationally competitive Division II Softball program.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Player development including on-field coaching at practices and games, and Player film breakdown. Monitoring student-athlete academic progress. Opponent scouting reports. Recruiting student-athletes effectively under the direction of the Head Coach. Facility management and field maintenance. Assist with organization and coordination of prospect camps.
