Tusculum University, a member of the NCAA Division II and the South Atlantic Conference, has teamed up with Bechler Leadership to seek qualified candidates for the position of Head Coach – Baseball. This position will implement and manage all phases of a competitive Division II program in accordance with NCAA, SAC, and Tusculum University regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Key responsibilities for this role include practice organization, recruiting, budgeting, fundraising, alumni relations, community engagement, scheduling, promoting, training and conditioning, skill instruction, student-athlete and staff development, academic support, compliance, and game plan preparation and strategy. Additional duties may be assigned by the Athletic Director.

3+ years of successful collegiate head coaching experience is preferred.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
The preferred candidate will have the ability to manage a budget, fundraising experience, and a record of success in attracting quality student-athletes in a small college environment.
