Lebanon Valley College invites applications for an experienced and dynamic head women’s soccer coach. Reporting to the director of athletics, this 10-month position (typically August through May) is responsible for the organization, supervision, and overall management of all activities related to the women’s soccer program. The head coach is expected to model leadership, sportsmanship, and professional conduct while fostering a culture that supports academic success, athletic excellence, and student development. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to creating a culture of inclusion and belonging and will comply with all College, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and Middle Atlantic Conference rules and regulations.
