The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach will assist the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach with general oversight of the Strength and Conditioning Program for the university's 25 NCAA Division I sports. Team assignments based on experience and facility scheduling.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops strength and conditioning programs for male and female student-athletes with review from the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Maintain knowledge of best practices to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of student-athletes. Supervises and coordinates strength and conditioning programs for men's and women's sports as required. Performs strength testing and evaluation as assigned.
