The Head Women’s Volleyball Coach shall assume full responsibility for the organization, management and conduct of the Women’s Volleyball program at the Division I level. Duties include coaching and teaching, recruiting, scheduling, purchasing of equipment, budget management, monitoring of student-athlete’s academic progress and compliance with NCAA and Big South Conference rules. The Head Coach is responsible for promoting alumni, donor, and community relationships.
Required Knowledge Skills, Abilities, Experience and Education and experience
Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum of 2 years of successful coaching experience. Ability to lead and mentor student-athletes. Knowledge of coaching and implementing philosophies in all facets of program. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Preferred education and experience (if applicable):
College coaching experience preferred. Head coaching or Associate head coaching preferred.

Work Environment:
