University of Charleston - Head Women's Soccer Coach
The head coach is responsible for facilitating all aspects that are associated with running a collegiate soccer program. The head women’s soccer coach will recruit student-athletes and manage full-time and part-time coaches and student workers. In addition, the head women’s coach will plan, implement, and evaluate student-athletes' performance on and off the field. The head coach is also responsible for conducting marketing initiatives, equipment maintenance, game preparation and tactical strategies, travel coordination, budget preparation and reconciliation, and organizing and facilitating summer camps. The head coach for women’s soccer must abide by all rules and regulations established by the University of Charleston, the Mountain East Conference (MEC), and the NCAA.
