The University of South Alabama, a NCAA Division I institution, charter member of the Sun Belt Conference and located on the Gulf Coast in Mobile, Alabama, is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Softball Coach (Pitching). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in the direction of all phases of a competitive softball program in accordance with South Alabama, Sun Belt Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.

Job specific duties include leading and development of the pitching staff, recruiting and talent evaluation, bullpen management and practice organization, game preparation, utilize data and technology to enhance development and performance of pitchers, assist with camps, and other duties assigned by the head coach and/or athletic director
