Responsibilities •Deliver a coaching philosophy in line with the LBC mission and promise. •Construct and implement a spiritual development plan for your team that includes opportunities for individual testimony sharing, devotionals, leadership development, and routine individual meetings. •Develop a competitive team in the United East Conference and in the regional DIII landscape, maximizing student-athlete talent and supporting high academic and spiritual standards. •Recruit locally, regionally, and nationally student-athletes that are a mission fit for LBC and are athletically capable of performing competitively at the NCAA DIII level. •In partnership with LBC Admissions, recruit and maintain a roster to roster expectation. •Demonstrate Christian values in attitudes, words,
