Associate Athletic Director for Administration & Operations
The Opportunity:
Under the general direction of the Associate Vice President/Director of Athletics, the Associate Athletic Director for Administration & Operations provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all athletic operations within the Department of Athletics. This position plays a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing game day operations, event logistics, and facility use for NCAA Division II athletic programs. The Associate Director leads efforts to ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, CSU, and university regulations while developing and implementing policies that support efficiency, risk management, and student-athlete success.
