Essential Duties and Responsibilities Plan, organize, and direct all activities of the varsity baseball program; Recruit and retain student-athletes who align with the academic and athletic standards of the college; Oversee practice planning, game strategy, skill development, and player evaluation; Ensure compliance with all institutional, conference, and NAIA rules and regulations; Promote student-athlete academic success and character development; Manage team travel, scheduling, and budget withi
