Basic Function:
This position is responsible for the development, leadership and administration of all aspects of a successful NCAA Division III women’s basketball program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Directs budget accountability and responsibility for the women’s basketball program 2. Recruitment of quality student-athletes while maintaining roster expectations 3. Maintains awareness of and adheres to College, NCAA and OAC rules and regulations 4. Supervises and manages coaching staff to follow all College and department expectations 5. Oversees the academic progress of student-athletes 6. Establishes and executes practice plans to optimize team and individual skill development 7. Schedules home and away contests 8.
