Tiffin University, a proud NCAA Division II Athletics member in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC), seeks a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as the Head Baseball Coach. The Head Coach will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the athletic program, including but not limited to recruiting, coaching, mentoring student-athletes, developing training plans, organizing competitions, and ensuring compliance with NCAA and university policies. This position requires an individual committed to academic excellence, personal development of student-athletes, and contributing to the overall success of Tiffin University Athletics.

The Head Baseball Coach is responsible for all aspects of the Baseball program, including (but not limited to) practice and game preparation, recruiting and retention of student-athletes, hiring and supervision of assistant coaches, budget management, fundraising, scheduling, public relations, community service and strict adherence to all NCAA and university rules.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a head coach, assistant coach, or relevant coaching experience at the collegiate level, preferably in NCAA Division II.
  • Strong knowledge of NCAA rules, regulations, and compliance policies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively motivate and mentor student-athletes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student-athletes, staff, and university personnel.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
