The position of Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at Vermont State University Castleton will report directly to the Director of Athletics. The coach will manage the daily operations of a NCAA Division III men’s lacrosse program under the guidelines established by Vermont State University, NCAA and the Little East Conference. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, practice and game preparation, the supervision of the assistant coaching staff, recruitment and retention of qualified student-athletes, overseeing the academic success and student-athlete welfare. Perform other administrative duties within the Athletics and Recreation Department as assigned.
