Are you passionate about soccer, mentorship, and helping student-athletes reach their full potential — both on and off the field?
Black Rock FC Residential Academy | High Mowing School is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Girls Soccer Assistant Coach to join our 10-month residential soccer program at High Mowing School. This is a full-time, residential position that blends high-level soccer coaching with meaningful involvement in student residential life and academic support.
What You’ll Do:

Mentor student-athletes to thrive athletically, academically, and personally.
Assist with the college recruitment process — helping players navigate opportunities at the next level.
Assist the Head coach in the coordination of all games, tournaments, and showcases (including organizing, hosting, and necessary travel arrangements).
Play a key role in the supervision, support, and programming of the residential life program.
Serve as a positive role model in all aspects of student life — on the field, in the classroom, and in the dorms.
Collaborate with coaching staff, residential life teams, and faculty to provide a holistic student experience.
Contribute to the academic life of the school by supporting students through Advisory, supported study halls and assisting where necessary.
Jump in with energy and flexibility for various duties and projects that strengthen our community.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
Are passionate about coaching and building lasting mentor relationships with student-athletes.
Love working collaboratively within a professional, team-oriented environment.
Are highly motivated, organized, and independent — someone who can take initiative and follow through.
Are excited about residential boarding school life — engaging with students beyond the soccer field.
Have ambitions to grow professionally as a coach and educator.
Bonus Points For:
Experience working in a residential boarding school environment
Familiarity with NCAA rules and recruiting
Strong communication skills with students, colleagues, and families
A genuine interest in community-building and student life
