Under the direction of the Head Coach, the Director of Operations plays a key role in managing the logistical and administrative aspects of the Razorback Gymnastics program. They will be a liaison between the gymnastics program and various units in the department. This position will be responsible for coordinating team logistics and events, overseeing travel arrangements and expense reports for the team, coaching staff and recruits, assisting in budget planning and management, and maintaining Teamworks, a communication and scheduling platform, for gymnastics.
