EXACT Sports is seeking a Regional Growth General Manager to build the next generation of youth sports opportunity in a defined region.
This is not a traditional sales role. It is not a call-center role. It is not a “wait for leads” role.
This is a high-energy, relationship-driven leadership role for someone who loves sports, community building, and business growth. You will own a region and help connect coaches, leagues, athletes, families, and local businesses to opportunities through the All State Game and related EXACT Sports programs.
Your mission: Build local trust. Turn that trust into nominations, participation, sponsorships, partnerships, and long-term regional growth.
About EXACT Sports and All State Game
EXACT Sports has spent more than 20 years helping student-athletes grow through camps, events, evaluations, rankings, and development experiences.
The All State Game recognizes and celebrates top youth and middle school athletes through state-based nominations and event experiences.
Athletes are nominated by coaches, invited to participate, and given the opportunity to represent their community.
We believe the strongest growth happens locally through trusted coaches, leagues, families, and community leaders.
This role exists to build those relationships in a focused region.

While All State Game is the lead focus, you may also identify opportunities for related EXACT programs and technology, including:
Team Trips
PrepSponsor
EXACT Rankings

You will not be expected to sell everything at once. Your job is to listen, understand the local need, and connect the right opportunity at the right time.
5. Manage Your Pipeline
You will be supported by Sales Operations, Marketing, and Shared Services.
You must be organized, accountable, and follow-up driven.
You will track relationships and activity in CRM.

Who Will Thrive in This Role

EXACT is the number one mental training partner for colleges in the world. EXACT has also been funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the NCAA to conduct research on the development of youth and team factors of performance. Primarily, we bring in college coaches, as instructors, to our training events to unite the "mental" side of performance (EXACT's expertise) with the technical side of sports (college coach expertise). Beyond colleges, EXACT has been the behavioral training partner for professional & Olympic teams in baseball, football, soccer, and hockey. Our mission is to use the behavioral/mental aspects of human performance to improve the success of youth athletes BOTH in and out of the game. Our term for this is to help athletes "Go Mental".
