This position provides significant support for the success of the Women’s Swimming team at Butler University. Primary duties are to assist with managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the athletic team, including teaching, coaching, recruiting, team operations, and developing of positive team culture.
Responsibilities - Assist Head Coach with practice and meet coaching - Personal development of student-athletes - Contribute to positive team culture - Identify, evaluate and recruit students that can succeed at Butler both academically and athletically - Assist with teaching and coaching in team and individual settings - Assist Head Coach with team travel - Administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of NCAA and BIG EAST Conference rules and regulations
Ability to work effectively with student-athletes, coaches, administrators, and staff
Clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Collegiate coaching and/or playing experience preferred
