The University of South Alabama, a NCAA Division I institution, charter member of the Sun Belt Conference and located on the Gulf Coast in Mobile, Alabama, is seeking applicants for the position Director of Women’s Basketball Operations. The position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in the administration of all phases of a competitive basketball program in accordance with the University of South Alabama, Sun Belt Conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
Duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating team travel, purchasing inventory, equipment and apparel, overseeing basketball budget, preparing facility on practice and game days, assisting with marketing, promotions, and community service events, assisting with camp organization, assisting with oversight of student-athlete academic progress, and any other duties assigned by the head coach and/or athletic director.
Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution as approved and accepted by the University of South Alabama.

This is a full time, 12-month position including employee benefits, salary commensurate with experience. Employment will require applicable background/credit checks.
