Saint Francis University, a Division III member of the Presidents’ Athletic Conference, invites applications for a full time Head Coach, Athletic Performance in the Department of Athletics. The Director is responsible to the Director of Athletics or designee to the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs for all of the University’s sports programs.
The successful candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the PAC, and the NCAA. In addition, the candidate must understand and actively support the mission of the Department of Athletics and Saint Francis University.
Eligibility requirement: Candidates must have current authorization to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or assist with work authorization.
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree is preferred. Must possess the knowledge and ability to design and implement strength and conditioning programs, at the Division III level. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are necessary. Excellent communication skills, computer skills and related experience in athletics required. CSCS or SCCC and First Aid/CPR certification required.
