Compensation: Hiring Range: $45,952 - $ 55,142 - Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Position Information
Mayville State University, an NAIA institution and member of the Frontier Conference, invites applications for the position of Head Men's & Women's Golf Coach/Game Day Management Coordinator.
This position provides leadership for the men's and women's golf programs while supporting game day operations for Comet Athletics. The successful candidate will recruit and develop student-athletes, build a competitive program, contribute to enrollment growth through recruiting, and help create a first-class experience for student-athletes and fans.
Mayville State supports year-round player development through access to the Mayville Golf Club and an on-campus golf simulator.
Responsibilities
Golf Coach (50%)
Lead all aspects of the men's and women's golf programs.
Recruit, retain, and develop student-athletes.
Develop a program that is competitive within the Frontier Conference and at the national level.
Organize practices, competitions, travel, and budgets.
Promote academic success and personal development among student-athletes.
Coordinate fundraising, camps, clinics, and community outreach.
Ensure compliance with NAIA, conference, and university policies.
Game Day Management Coordinator (50%)
Coordinate game day operations for assigned athletic events.
Assist with scheduling and supervision of event staff and student workers.
Manage event logistics, facility setup, and game administration.
Serve as a liaison for officials, visiting teams, and event personnel.
Support championship events and other athletics department initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma.
Coaching experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
Collegiate coaching experience.
Experience with athletic event management or game day operations.
Demonstrated success in recruiting and student-athlete development.
Knowledge of NAIA athletics.
