The Athletics Business Office Graduate Assistant will gain experience in the daily operations of the Athletics Business Office. This position will assist in the areas of procurement, accounts payable, travel, university credit cards and other business operations. This position reports to the Associate AD for Business and Finance and will work directly with multiple positions within the Athletic Business Office to support operations.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
Enrollment or acceptance into a University of Arkansas graduate program and/or law school at the time of employment
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior work experience in intercollegiate athletics
Prior work experience in duties relevant to the position
Prior experience with Microsoft 365 Business Apps, Teamworks, Workday or comparable systems
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
