Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking an Assistant. Coach – Women’s Volleyball for Athletics Events – Operations. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Assists in the coordination of a Women’s Volleyball intercollegiate athletic program which provides an opportunity for student-athletes to train and compete on a competitive, Division I women’s volleyball program while attending school to earn a college degree. Assists with recruiting potential student athletes. Assists in developing, teaching and instructing the student-athletes in competition, conditioning and skills and techniques on the court. Assists in the scouting of opponents thru video and statistical analysis and willingness to learn coding software for practice and game analysis. Works wit
