Washington College in Maryland is looking to fill two separate coaching positions. Assistant Women's Basketball Coach and an Assistant Swimming Coach.
JOB SUMMARY:
Assists the Head Coach. Acts within the scope of authority and consistent with the college objectives, guidelines, policies and practices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Assists Head Coach to organize/conduct practice sessions.
2. Assists Head Coach in recruiting student-athletes.
3.Assists in monitoring academic progress of student-athletes through academic advising and referrals.
4.Assists the head coach in enforcing training rules and monitoring the conduct of student-athletes when representing Washington College both on and off campus.
