We're on the hunt for a dynamic, driven, and downright passionate individual to carve out a legacy as our next Director of Snow Sports & Head Men's and Women's Alpine Coach! This is a full-time, 10-month position. A typical season is August 15th - June 15th.
Typical salary range: $48,000 - $60,000 based on qualifications, plus a 10% employer retirement contribution.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Three (3) years of applicable coaching snow sports experience
Must possess a USSA Level 100 License or equivalent
Familiarity with NCAA/USCAA philosophy, standards, rules, and procedures
Ability to travel extensively
CPR/First Aid certified on hire date or within thirty (30) days
USSA Referee License on hire date or within thirty (30) days
Valid State of Maine driver’s license (in good standing, based on UMS standards)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree
Intercollegiate coaching experience
Managerial and/or supervisory experience
PISA License(s)
Experience participating in intercollegiate snow sports competitions
Recruiting platform experience (i.e., Front Rush or comparable program)
Experience (education and certification) with strength and conditioning for performance
