Reporting directly to the Head Coach of Women’s Gymnastics, this position will coach on 1-2 gymnastics events; oversee daily team operations of the women’s gymnastics program; manage all program logistics, including recruiting travel, team travel, team meals; provide administrative support to the other coaches; supervise team of student managers; organize all program scheduling; assist with alumni relations, community service, mentoring program, equipment ordering, and budget management. Operations: Plan and organize all aspects of team travel for competitions – hotel accommodations, meal planning, transportation, etc. Team calendar management in Teamworks platform Weekly reporting to compliance for CARA log Assist with planning and organization of team community
