We are accepting applications for Seattle United’s Director of Soccer position, beginning as soon as November 2024. Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. This position requires the individual to lead our youth soccer program  that develops young athletes' skills across multiple levels. Strong candidates will have experience leading other coaching Directors and have a history of success attracting, developing and retaining a strong coaching team.  Candidates should have a strong ability to communicate with players, parents, and colleagues. Candidates should also have strong connections on a national-level with other clubs, scouts, and be able to continue our strong relationships here in Washington.
