BASIC FUNCTION: Reporting to the Associate Director of Athletics for External Affairs, the Director of Ticket Sales and Operations will be responsible for establishing and achieving group, individual and season ticket sales goals by working with the athletic department administrators, head coaches, group sales contacts, season ticket holders, and other University community partners. The position will manage the day to day ticket sales efforts with a focus on group sales; organizing and implementing season ticket renewals and new sales initiatives with a strong focus on Basketball and other sports as needed; bolstering individual game sales through consistent telemarketing and email communication, special incentives, and creative discounts and promotional offers for Hofstra fans.
