Lincoln Memorial University, an NCAA DII member of the South Atlantic Conference, is seeking candidates for graduate assistant positions in Athletic Administration. The graduate assistant will collaborate closely with our athletic administrative team, contributing to the operational requirements of an NCAA Division II athletic department. This role offers invaluable exposure to our programs, student-athletes, coaches, and campus personnel.

Key duties include: -Assisting in the general operations of the athletic department. -Supporting the department in all aspects of game operations, including venue setup and teardown, fan engagement and management, and supervision of student and game-day workers. -Contributing to select L-Club events and other fundraising initiatives. -Assisting Compliance with various tasks such as eligibility reviews, CARA logs, progress towards degree requirements, utilization of SPRY software, NCAA compliance assistant, and any other compliance-related responsibilities as assigned. -Fulfilling any additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree and acceptance into Lincoln Memorial University’s Master’s program.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and a proactive approach to tasks.
