Darlington School Soccer Academy has formed a strategic partnership with Southern Soccer Academy to form the SSA Residential Academy and run the U16, U17 and U19 MLS Next AD teams. Darlington School Soccer Academy was established 22 years ago and has placed over 325 players in the College Soccer and 32 players into professional soccer. Five of the last six NCAA Div. I National Champions have had a Darlington School Soccer Academy alumni on the National Champion team. Darlington School has over 100 years of boarding school experience and we have players in our Soccer Academy from over 15 different countries.
Position is for a Head Coach of either the U16 or U17 Boys' MLS Next AD team. This is a full-time salaried position with full insurance and retirement benefits. Additional employment benefits can include campus housing, employee children attending Darlington School, and robust professional development support.
4 year college degree, US Soccer "C" License or higher.
Applicants with Language Skills, or specialties such as Goalkeeper Coaching, Strength and Conditioning, Sport Psyc, Social Media, Video Analysis, Understanding of registration platforms, will be given extra consideration.
