Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance/Eligibility
The Mulerider Athletics Department at Southern Arkansas University is seeking an Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance.
Duties: Certify eligibility for all sports; monitor coaches’ activities relative to rules compliance; interact with departmental staff members and coaches to ensure compliance with NCAA rules and regulations; serve as a liaison between SAU coaches and the NCAA Legislative Services, NCAA Eligibility Center, Admissions Office, and Registrar’s Office; collect and monitor CARA logs weekly from each head coach of their respective sport; maintain Declaration of Playing Seasons from all sports; manage compliance software – Teamworks; organize and conduct continuing rules education programming regarding NCAA and Great American Conference rules with coaches; compile
