Overview: The Director of Operations is a public-facing role requiring excellent communication and collaboration skills with families & community partners along with a clear understanding of our mission, values and goals. While most responsibilities are administrative, the position demands strategic, forward-thinking leadership to advance club initiatives, working closely with the senior staff to carry out Far Post’s vision and values through strong collaboration.
