Miles Community College is seeking a dynamic and student-focused Head Men’s Baseball Coach to lead and advance the competitive success and academic achievement of our baseball program. This full-time, exempt position provides program leadership, including player development, recruitment, scheduling, budget oversight, and supervision of coaching staff. Miles City is a welcoming eastern Montana community known for its strong support of MCC athletics. The College offers excellent athletic facilities, including baseball field, indoor practice and training space, and year-round access to conditioning resources. MCC Baseball has a proud legacy of success, producing championship-level teams, All-Region athletes, and numerous student-athletes who successfully transfer to four-year programs.
