Western Nebraska Community College (WNCC) is seeking an energetic and visionary Head Coach to lead our NJCAA Division I program into its 25th year of excellence. Since its founding in 2000–01, the program has built a proud tradition of success, earning seven (7) Region IX Championships and multiple National Tournament appearances.
As Head Coach, you’ll have the opportunity to recruit and mentor student-athletes with scholarships. The role is split between 60% coaching duties and 40% student services, and you will be responsible for fostering a competitive, supportive, and inclusive team culture while prioritizing the academic success of our student-athletes.
