HEAD COACH JOB DESCRIPTION Job Statement/Summary The Head Coach is responsible for managing all aspects of his/her team. The Head Coach is responsible for the organization/implementation of practices and games as well as the recruitment of players each season in accordance with NAIA rules and regulations. Head Coaches must make prospective student-athletes aware of all polices and procedures in the University Regulations and the Athletic Handbook.
