Associate Athletic Director, Marketing & Fan Engagement
Reporting to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Communications, this role is responsible for leading all marketing, promotional, and fan experience efforts to elevate the visibility and support of Tarleton Athletics. The Associate AD will develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at increasing attendance, enhancing game-day atmosphere, and driving ticket sales for select sports and the overall department. This position requires strong collaboration with campus departments, students, faculty, staff, and external partners to promote athletic events and deepen community engagement.
In-office role based on-site in Stephenville, Texas with work hours of Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm; regular evening and weekend hours are required to support home athletic events. Serves as
