Individual will be responsible for leading Southwestern Community College’s Baseball program including the recruiting, coaching and the overall direction of the program within the athletic department. The head coach will be responsible for directing a camp during the summer months and assist with all Southwestern athletic fundraising activities. Individual will also be responsible for all field maintenance including, but not limited to, mowing, watering, infield grooming, raking, dragging infield, game-day appearance, and overall appearance of our baseball complex. Previous coaching and recruiting experience with a proven commitment to excellence at the collegiate level required. Bachelor’s degree required. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position.
