The Assistant Field Hockey Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in the administration of all aspects of the sport program including but not limited to coaching and teaching of students, game and practice preparation and execution, film analysis, recruiting, social media management and creation, travel coordination, budget management, and compliance with NCAA, NFHCA, and conference regulations. This is a full-time 10-month position. Job responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Assisting head coach in operating and coaching a high-performing NCAA DIII field hockey program.
Coach, teach, and mentor student-athletes on and off the field.
Prepare for and teach on-field sessions to include sport strategy and technical skills, as well as strength and cond
