We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Head Coach and Recruiter for our program at Golden Bulls Volleyball Club. As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for leading our team to success both on and off the court. This includes developing practice plans, strategizing for games, and providing mentorship to student athletes. In addition to coaching responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in recruiting national and international student athletes to join our program. This will involve scouting talent, building relationships with potential recruits, and communicating the benefits of our program.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in volleyball, with coaching experience at a competitive level. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with athletes from diverse backgrounds. Prior experience in recruiting student athletes is preferred, but not required.
As an added opportunity, female coaches may have the chance to become hosts to international student athletes, providing a supportive environment for their stay. This comes with additional income potential and enriching cultural exchange.
