Assisting with all aspects of the recruitment process, including development of recruitment plans and targeting potential student-athletes.

Developing and leading strength training and conditioning programs.

Attending and leading practice as well as game planning efforts.

Providing and supervising academic support opportunities.

Breaking down film and performing analysis.

Supporting in game management functions.

Developing and implementing strategies for motivating and retaining student-athletes.

Coordinating fundraising events and participating in fundraising and community service projects.

Assisting with the coordination of travel arrangements.

Enforcing policies and procedures as outlined in the student-athlete handbook, team rules, and university student handbook.

Other duties as assigned by Head Coach.

EDUCATION 

 Required 

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university  

 WORK EXPERIENCE 

 Required 

• 3 years of collegiate or high school coaching experience. 

• Experience coordinating academics/mentoring students. 

Preferred 

• Collegiate playing experience. 

SKILLS 

• Knowledge of NAIA and/or NCAA compliance rules and regulations. 

• Computer experience and working knowledge of game film editing software (i.e., HUDL, Synergy, Krossover). 

Ability to work/travel with team early mornings and afternoons, evenings, and weekends as necessary.
