Head Coach, Women's Soccer Job Description: Goucher College is seeking a Head Coach for Women's Soccer. They will be responsible for administering and managing all functions and oversight of the women’s soccer program. The Head Coach will provide an excellent, transformative student-athlete experience, demonstrate positive progress in competitive standing in the Landmark Conference, recruit student-athletes to the college and maintain roster standards (to be set annually by the athletic director).
