The Head Strength and Conditioning Coach will be responsible for the design and implementation of year-round, sport-speci?c training programs for Alfred University intercollegiate athletic teams comprised of approximately 550 student-athletes with growth to 700. The Head Strength & Conditioning Coach will e?ectively train groups of student-athletes on techniques to improve strength, ?tness, speed, agility, and ?exibility. The coach must be able to motivate athletes and instill competitiveness while functioning in a team environment. The Head Strength & Conditioning Coach will collaborate with sport coaches and athletic trainers to ensure that student-athlete strength and conditioning training programs meet the goals of the team and individual.
