About the position:
The position will involve coaching in a 10 month soccer academy model with additional responsibilities based on the experience and interest of the candidate that will include responsibilities in the girls dormitory.
The salary starts at 39k with free on-campus housing, full meal plan, and comprehensive benefits.
An ideal candidate will have college soccer playing experience, a bachelor's degree, college/club coaching experience, and licensing; experience with independent boarding school as a coach/student is a plus. Candidates will be subject to a background check, must have a valid driver's license, and working status in the US (sorry we cannot sponsor visas).
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
USSF, USC, or equivalent soccer coaching licenses
Valid driver’s license
First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
