Additionally, as Assistant Director of the Clark Racquet Center, this position will assist and support the Director in the supervision and coordination of activities and events that occur within the CRC, including design and supervision of club programming, event management, tournaments, camps, facility maintenance and lesson instruction.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

•Assist the head coach in planning and supervising practices and matches

•Vigorously recruit students

•Promote the sport, athletics department, and Coe College

•Assist the Director of the CRC with supervision, scheduling, coordination, programming and communications with other persons in the department, on campus, and outside of campus with items related to the CRC

•Additional Responsibilities assigned by the Director of Clark Racquet Center

•Ability to work harmoniously with the Head Men’s Tennis Coach and Director of the CRC, coaches of other athletic teams, athletic staff members, faculty members and college administrators.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1-3 years of previous coaching experience and/or administrative duties is preferred.
• Fundraising experience considered.
• Racquet Sports programming and Club Management considered.
• Social Media and marketing experience considered.
