Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach – Part-Time

Western Connecticut State University’s Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is pleased to announce that applications are being accepted for a Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach - Part-Time.

WestConn is a Division III school and a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The football program is a member of the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Association (MASCAC) while the other 19 intercollegiate athletic programs are members of the Little East Conference. Responsibilities include assisting with practice sessions; recruitment of student-athletes; fundraising; monitoring the academic progress of team members; game travel and management; and more.
Qualifications: Experience coaching or playing at the collegiate level is preferred. Candidate should have good interpersonal skills and an awareness of NCAA policies as they relate to Division III athletics.
